Hey, everyone. It's Bob McCranie with Texas Pride Realty. And today's realty idea of the day is "Grocery Stores." So there's been a lot of talk in some urban parts of Dallas, and other cities I'm sure, there are what they call food deserts. There are no grocery stores within five miles of the homes that are built there. Maybe the area is economically depressed, for whatever reason all the grocery stores have flown from that part of the city. Excuse me, so we can talk about one, your favorite place that's around you to go grocery shop. You can talk about the higher end grocery stores if you want to go to a Whole Foods, or something like that. You can also talk about areas where there's maybe a mom and pop grocery store. Here there's a lot of ethnic grocery stores. There's a there's a huge Korean market and Chinese market and Indian markets. There are sublets of different cultural grocery stores around here too. So talk about grocery stores, talk about how grocery stores build a communit
