Ground Zero

In this episode, I share some background on the construction of Self and trauma. Because people are wounded in community or relationship, it is the ground zero of healing. Because complex trauma happens in internal personal relationships, its recovery is grounded in interpersonal neurobiology, an integrative, coherent blend of therapeutics delivered through a framework of safety and collaboration. The work is based on embodied awareness, where I support clients on their journey from reactive survival self to receptive secure functioning Self. This is the ground of true empowerment.
