Dr. Frank Scali graduated from Logan Chiropractic College and continued his education to receive an MD degree. His current work as an educator and researcher at the California University of Science and Medicine's School of Medicine has led to his most recent publication titled: The Posterior Atlantooccipital Membrane: The Anchor for the Myodural Bridge and Menigiovertebral Structures.
