Grounding into the 5D Grid by Healing the Lower Chakras with Matthew John

On the spiritual path, much of the focus ends up being on opening the third eye, experiencing the connection with God/Source/Universe through the crown chakra, and developing skills like telepathy, psychic abilities, telekinis, etc. However, what is often looked over is that in order to ascend, we must do so through the physical vessel. Unless you have done a ton of healing work, you will carry blockages in your lower three chakras that prevent you from fully grounding into your vessel.
