This meditation is guiding you towards softening the body and allowing your system to ground. Which is very helpful in everyday life but especially when we are facing challenging situations. It might help to gain a tad bit more spaciousness, to stay connected to truth. Even this tad can make a big difference as in not getting hooked by the collective fear and your own primal survival system – which makes us strange stuff in order to keep ourselves supposedly safe. Like buying shitloads of toilet paper, excuse my language. (Note: This is a technique, a way of practicing I’ve learned from and with Kiran Trace. I have not invented anything of what I offer, it is an assemblage of things I learned from my teachers – but there’s certainly my flavor in it ;))
