Grounding, Pt. 3 - Earthing 101 & How it Regulates the Nervous System, Heart & Blood Pressure

from The Energy Code · host Dr. Mike Belkowski

With cardiovascular disease continually on the rise and high blood pressure being one of the most important risk factors for the disease, hypertensive medications continue to skyrocket. While there is a type and place for pharmaceuticals, this does not address the issue at its root cause. This week on The Red Light Report we will learn how Earthing may be THE best anti-hypertensive remedy available; not to mention, it's 100% natural and has no negative side effects. Simply by connecting to the earth and it's perpetual source of free electrons, mother nature literally thins your blood (only if it's necessary to reach homeostasis), which automatically reduces the stress on your cardiovascular system and normalizes blood pressure. Again, that is sans medication! We will also continue to learn more specifics about grounding, such as how long it takes to see results, what types of mediums are conductive versus insulating, what zeta potential is (and why that is an important metric), other impacts of grounding on cardiovascular health along with a couple of anecdotes that put the proof in the proverbial (grounding) pudding. Again, if you are interested in adding grounding to your indoor health regimen (and I firmly believe everybody should!), I highly recommend checking out grounding products from the company Earthing. It's a Clint Ober company and where I got my grounding mattress pad and mats for my desk and living room/dining room. And in less than two weeks, my body and mind are already reaping the benefits. To me, it's one of the best investments in your overall health...Brownie points if you listen to this episode while grounded.
