Groundling

Fifth track of our debut EP. Bounded by strong earthly chains All efforts seem to be vain Spread your wings to fly and Reach the clearest sky There's no telling how It might feel to get into those highs Try as you might you cannot move All efforts weaken you the more Dreams of yours stay up there While you are stuck down here All your firmness starts to Give its way to apathy Should one blame Newton's gravity Why not try To come and set you free? One more try! Maybe it's working Soul wants to Get free from being a groundling
