Group provides top-level, one-on-one career advice to transitioning vets

A non-profit called American Corporate Partners is pairing men and women transitioning out of the military with executives and business owners in career fields the veterans hope to pursue.  The mentors then promise to follow up with their veteran proteges -- in conversations at least once a month, over the course of a year.  CBS Eye on Veterans' Chas Henry spoke with Marine veteran Timothy Cochrane, an ACP executive.
