Group Therapy Thursday

It's Group Therapy Thursday!  Dear Ted and Amy,I am employed in a local school district. This year, there has been a "change of guards" as one might say. Our principal is new to the building. In the start of the school year, there were some expected changes which all seemed for the best. Now it seems as though no one's job is safe and the goal is to remove anyone that the principal just doesn’t like. The issue is people being fired after multiple years of service for no reason. The superintendant seems to back the principal. I question if the school board is aware of all these changes and what they are truly being told. I wonder if the community is aware that the staff that support and care about the children are being terminated without cause or reason.
