She graduated from NUNM in 2015, where she then completed two years of residency. After residency, Dr. Gouge worked as the medical director of a community-based mental health clinic for over three years, treating a diverse patient population with complex mental health conditions. She serves on the board of the Psychiatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians. Dr. Gouge is currently in private practice, and works with people of all ages on conditions including ADHD, anxiety disorders, insomnia, and chronic health issues. She runs virtual group coaching courses several times per year with lifestyle tools for adults with ADHD. She lives in Austin, Texas and in her free time spends time with her husband, plays pickleball with friends, and enjoys the warm weather and sunshine.
