For kids, I use a 6 step system rooted in story-telling, multi-sensory learning and somatic wellness practices to develop skills for resilience and confidence. Kids in my programs enjoy stories, games, arts, crafts, journaling, discussions and other fun activities while learning important life skills. My parent-clients are working towards conscious parenting with a desire to help their children develop high self-confidence, soaring self-esteem, and a strong self-image. Holding immense empathic and brave space, we collaborate to discover subconscious patterns that are impacting family dynamics and shift them using a combination of modalities.
