Today we’re sitting down with Erin Hamilton, founder of The Mushroom Conservatory to learn how plants and mushrooms are so radically different from one another, why we need more mushrooms in our lives and then we’re going to find out how to get one of her special kits to grow our own mushrooms right at home! Erin Hamilton is a mushroom farmer and agricultural educator from Howell, Michigan.
