Growing number of elderly men choosing to continue working, but disparity growing

A new report by the Shoresh Institution has found that a large percentage of men are not retiring in their elderly years, but continuing to work. Yet the disparity between those who choose to work and those who don’t is growing. The disparity also exists between men and women and between Jewish men and Arabs, who face economic insecurity.
