In this episode I am chatting with Celia, an experienced leader specialising in gender, women's economic empowerment, business development and enterprise-driven social impact, and has spent the past 8 years specialising in building inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems for women in Cambodia. Since 2015 SHE has been supporting women entrepreneurs to scale up and create long-term social, environmental and economic impact for people and communities. They strive to be a leader and strong voice for the promotion of women’s empowerment; to build structures of support to enable women to lead as role models and change agents in business.
