Growing Through ADHD Challenges

ADHD can be challenging on many levels, in many different ways, for each of us individually. If we listen to each others stories, we can hear how struggles can produce perserverance. Our guest, Zachary Staubitz, is a high school graduate from Tallahassee, FL. Although he has faced challenges growing up with ADHD and Autism, he has ultimately grown to break through the struggles with more strength and gain confidence as he pursues a degree in theater/stagecraft. This past year, he's used his brilliant mind to create relatable memes all about ADHD to help spread awareness, connection, and understanding. When we live with transparency, we can experience transformation of the way we few ourselves and others around us. We thank Zach for sharing his story so openly,  so we know that we are not alone, feel encouraged, and feel empowered to do anything you set your mind to.
