Growing With Every Breath | Guided Meditation

Hello Friend, We have a perception that growth is linear, that it’s a straightforward- one-way road to our destination. But here’s the thing, growth is anything but linear. Our process of growing is rich with experiences, it is filled with speed bumps, it is made up of several twists and turns. Sometimes, we don’t even feel like we’re making any progress. Let me tell you a secret, we are always growing, we are always evolving and we are always changing. What paves the way for growth, is our faith in the process, and our ability to surrender to the universes mechanisms that ultimately will always lead us towards what is destined to be.
