Der Grundkurs Strafrecht AT II baut auf dem Grundkurs Strafrecht AT I auf und dient einer Wiederholung und insb. Vertiefung des Stoffes. Komplexere Fragestellungen (insb. beim Zusammentreffen etwa verschiedener besonderer Verbrechensformen), welche im ersten Semester bewusst ausgespart worden sind, um die Grundstruktur deutlicher hervorzuheben, werden hier nun ausführlich besprochen. Ziel ist es, dabei zugleich auch die Grundzüge des Stoffes der Veranstaltung Strafrecht AT I mit zu wiederholen. Auch soll die Veranstaltung genutzt werden, um bereits einige ausgewählte Delikte des Besonderen Teils etwas näher kennenzulernen sowie als Vorbereitung auf die Zwischenprüfungsklausur die Falllösungstechnik anhand von Besprechungsfällen sowie Probeklausuren zu trainieren.
