The Arizona Diamondbacks were especially busy this offseason, will it be enough to finally make the playoffs? The Dodgers added Mookie Betts and David Price, can they finally get over the hump and win it all? Will the Rockies trade Nolan Arenado? Can the Padres get over .500 for the first time since 2010?
