Kevin discusses the official proposal that was sent from the Owners to the Players asking for the players to take a tiered pay cut system that asks the highest-paid players to take the biggest pay cut. The Players response has been overwhelmingly negative. What would a counter-proposal look like from the players?<br /><br />Kevin then discusses the NCAA Baseball Proposal that would change the dates and the structure of current college baseball. This was brought forward by Michigan Coach Erik Bakish and is very well thought out and description.
