Kevin discusses the latest in negotiations and how there is growing sentiment that Commissioner Robert Manfred will need to step in and implement his power into a 50 game season. The Owners and Players are not any closer to an agreement and are running out of time.<br /><br />Kevin then gives his mock draft for the 1st round of this week's MLB Draft. The top 5 are pretty unanimous, but the fun will begin soon after. There are about 40 prospects who could end up going in round 1. Will not have a season effect high school prospects and cause them to fall this year?<br /><br />Kevin wraps up the episode talking about the "Dream Bracket" simulation run by OOTP21 that crowned the best team of all time.
