After breaking down those two schedules Patrick predicts that one of these two teams will win the last Wild Card spot, but one will have to listen to find out which. Following that Patrick power ranks the teams that are in the playoff chase. To start the second half of today's show Patrick goes over who was predicted to win the end-of-season awards. Patrick reacts to what was horrifically bad takes, one involving Kenta Maeda of the Twins. This gives Patrick a good opportunity to poke fun at the fact he predicted the Minnesota Twins to win the AL Central. To end today's show Patrick updates the standings and playoff races.
