本集觀測站予你知，我們要來討論兵役問題，邀請到的來賓是經濟民主連合（經民連）的研究員羅宜。 最近政府推出一系列軍事改革，包括役期恢復為一年、後備制度與訓練改良等等，民間團體經過一連串的研究之後，也提出了一系列的建議方案。羅宜研究員要來跟我們講解什麼是「多元役期」方案，意思是說，當兵的方式與役期長短可以有很多種！ 討論兵役制度是非常重要的課題，因為接下來還有少子化的衝擊，我們必須要想辦法讓服役這件事情更能夠有彈性，讓兵源多一些。（除了義務役的制度改革，專業軍人的部份也很重要，像是國造潛艦除了要把潛艦造出來，還需要很多的專業士官兵！） 面對中國的威脅與挑戰，我們都必須要做好準備！ -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
