我們團隊曾經出一本書叫做《為什麼我們要在意美國》，本集節目我們來訪問一本新書《縫補的正義：一部美國憲法的誕生，聯邦最高法院的歷史關鍵判決》的作者江仲淵，讓他來告訴我們：為什麼我們要理解美國憲法！ 作者本人的經歷就超級酷炫的，因為對歷史的熱愛，高中時就休學寫書，後來到清華大學走的也是特別的實驗班體制，目前主要都是在修法律系的課。而他目前還在大學期間，就已經要出第八本書了！真的是太強大！我們在節目中聊了一下寫書的心路歷程，以及如何看待歷史。仲淵還舉了書中的例子來討論法律與道德的關係。本書總共寫了十九篇影響美國憲政體制的司法事件，而這些事件和其所立下的準則，很多也都成為我國法律體系的一部份喔！ -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
