Guardians Call Up Hot Prospect Genao | Cleveland Guardians News

Cleveland’s Guardians are making waves by calling up top prospect Angel Genao, a 22-year-old switch-hitter who’s been crushing it in Triple-A with power, speed, and contact. Over his last 33 games, he’s hitting .375 with six homers and more walks than strikeouts — showing elite plate discipline and improved bat speed. While not yet an MVP-caliber player, his well-rounded game makes him a fantasy darling. Watch for his debut and keep tabs on Jose Ramirez’s wrist injury — if Ramirez goes down, Genao could be the answer at third base.
