Guardians Fall in Crushing 11-3 Loss | Cleveland Guardians News

The Guardians took another crushing loss, falling 11-3 to the Tampa Bay Rays and extending their skid to three games. Joey Cantillo struggled, surrendering five runs in under four innings, while the offense couldn’t find its groove — despite a late two-run homer from Austin Hedges. Rays’ Shane McClanahan dominated with one run in five innings, and Tampa’s middle order exploded in the fourth. Manager Stephen Vogt blamed the team’s lack of support for Cantillo, who admitted to leaving pitches over the plate. With a tough series ahead, Cleveland looks to bounce back against Tampa’s Nick Martinez on Saturday. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
