Guardians Trade Bo Naylor for Offensive Boost | Cleveland Guardians News

The Guardians just pulled off a bold trade, sending catcher Bo Naylor to Milwaukee for outfielder Blake Perkins and pitcher Craig Yoho — a move that could signal they’re doubling down on Plan A: letting young guns like Travis Bazzana get regular at-bats. But with a brutal five-win, nine-loss stretch since the All-Star break and an offense ranking last in MLB across batting average, hits, and OPS, that plan’s under fire. Key injuries to Jose Ramirez and Angel Martinez have cratered their division lead, and even their recent signing of Patrick Bailey hasn’t fixed the scoring drought. With the deadline fast approaching, the front office faces a make-or-break moment: stick with Plan A or pivot to Plan B with more aggressive trades. Perkins and Yoho offer some immediate relief, but the offense still needs serious help. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
