Guardians vs Rockies: Hot Streaks & Injuries | Cleveland Guardians News

The Guardians are on fire, riding a three-game win streak and showing their road grit with a 33-32 record away from home — and they’ve got the hits to back it up, winning 48 times when they crack at least eight. Facing a Rockies team mired in mediocrity (50-79, fourth-worst record) and struggling lately (4-6 last 10, outscored by 12), Cleveland gets a strong start from Foster Griffin (14-4, 3.18 ERA) against Tomoyuki Sugano (12-6, 4.70 ERA). Jo Adell’s hot bat (4 HR in 10 games) could be key, while Mickey Moniak’s recent power (2 HR in 10) might spark Colorado — but injuries plague both sides, with Kris Bryant, Kyle Freeland, and Rhys Hoskins sidelined.
