Guarding The Gates

This week we explored the five primary gateways through which information, influences, and spiritual forces access our hearts. Based on Proverbs 4:23—"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it"—we examined how what we see, hear, think, feel, and speak shapes our destiny, decisions, and spiritual sensitivity. Our hearts are the command center of our lives, and if we don't properly guard these gates, we'll find ourselves constantly dealing with bad fruit from things we never should have allowed in. The good news is that when we intentionally protect these gateways, we bear the fruit of righteousness, stay anchored in truth, and walk in the victorious life Christ died to give us.
