Guest: Chellie Kammermeyer

She talks about healing this part of ourselves, her own struggle and journey to heal it within herself, and how she now helps her clients and students transform it. This podcast is not about materialism or the "need for money or things", actually quite the opposite. It's about self worth, the act of receiving, our gifts and talents, contributing to the wellness of the world, healing culturally created beliefs, valuing being a healer as much as valuing lawyers and accountants, and paying our bills by doing this work so we can manifest the more important vision that we all have: healing ourselves, other people, and collectively trying to add more love to the world. She and her husband Mike own Innercompass Reiki in Danville, CA. Reiki is incorporated into everything they do, which includes teaching additional classes. She created a mentor group to work with some of her students to further their understanding of Reiki and to deepen their practice and ability to do Reiki in the world. Currently, the mentor group is using the book Overcoming Underearning by Barbary Stanny as a text book to work through an issue many Reiki teachers and practitioners have.
