Guest Compliance at Disney Amid COVID-19

You've often heard: "Please stand clear of the doors...Por favor mantenganse alejandro del las puertas." In the wake of Covid-19, you may hear: "Please stand clear of others...por favor mantenganse alejandro de los otros." How will Disney get guests to follow safe practices when they re-open? This podcast follows a series of key podcasts that have examined the realities of Coronavirus on the closure of Disney parks across the globe. In a previous podcast, we examined measures Disney may have to take to make their parks safe enough to open. Here, we will examine how Disney will get people--both guests and employees--to willingly comply in imaginative ways. We look at ways Disney does it today, and how they might need to approach it when they re-open.
