Guest: Dr. Shannon Dowler

This month, Dr Thomas White chats with Dr Shannon Dowler, former president of the NCAFP and currently the Chief Medical Officer for North Carolina Medicaid in the Dept. of Health and Human Services. In this podcast, Dr Dowler shares how her parents’ example instilled in her an intellectual curiosity, a love for reading,  and a desire to provide assistance and support for those in need.
