She is a collaborative leader responsible for the creation of the consolidated co-op/intern program for Operations, R&D and Quality across multiple staff and manufacturing locations including coordination of recruiting, hiring, and placing into full-time entry-level positions within a company.
Recently, Wendy has become the author of a book called 'Making Flex Work'.
