This week Colleen and Robyn welcome Judith Maxey  Judith Maxey is the owner of Almus Energy Medicine in Portland, Oregon.  She is an Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher and mentor, a Shamanic Practitioner, and an essential oils specialist.   Judith's journey into alternative and traditional healing practices began while pursuing a master's degree in applied Anthropology, exploring the cultural roots of healing.  Following her academic career, she began training in a variety of energy medicine techniques, including Reiki, Core Shamanism, and Chakra Healing.  An energy medicine practitioner for over 15 years, she offers one-on-one sessions; Reiki trainings and specialty classes; a Reiki mentorship program; and online courses through her essential oils business, Plant Speak Courses. She has been featured on a variety of podcasts and regularly presents teachings in the essential oil's community.  Judith's passion is to help individuals remember their own innate wisdom.
