Exodus Chapter 18:13-23 My wife and I enjoy watching HD TV shows that redo houses like Flip or Flop which shows how couples try to remodel a house and resell it. There’s certain factors that determine if the house is going to make a profit or lose money, a flop. Normally if there’s a good structure to the house, it can be profitable, but if it doesn’t have structure, it will be a flop. Similarly a church needs several factors too so that a church can thrive. How can we get there? What things are are that can contribute to the overall health? There are some good structures that can set them up to thrive and not just survive. We are going to see some of the examples of Jethro and Moses from Exodus chapter 18. These principles will allow churches to thrive! Remember that ministries that just survive won’t thrive. Ministries that have the right structure really make a difference.
