Bio: Walter Richter is the Public Affairs Administrator for Southwest Gas in Southern Arizona.  He began his career with Southwest Gas in 1998 after managing energy conservation programs for Southwest Gas and other utilities.  He worked for Energy Conservation Advocate and ACC Commissioner Renz Jennings’ election campaigns.  This experience led to his career path advocating for lower carbon emissions resulting from the direct use of natural gas. Walter has a BA from U of A in Political Science and is the proud father of three daughters.
