Desai talks about how shippers can prepare for increased delays and how modeling and planning can smooth the rough parts of their supply chains.This week the Biden administration met with representatives from the Ports of LA and Long Beach to try to deal with the historic backlog at those ports. The result is that they will now move to 24/7 operations.
