GUID YINS with Braw Talent
from The Braw and The Brave · host The Braw and The Brave
The Braw and The Brave is a podcast about people and their passions. Episode 108(and the sixth instalment of mini series ‘GUID YINS’) is in conversation with Colm Keegan of BRAW TALENT, ‘a social enterprise committed to making creative career pathways more accessible to young people’. Colm alongside colleagues Lydia Everitt and Darren Osborne, all qualified teachers, established the organisation in a bid to combine their individual skills sets and wealth of experience of working in both education and in the creative industries. Providing opportunities for schools and community groups to enjoy mediums such as filmmaking, music and visual art, with an emphasis on free-to-access creative workshops in more deprived areas, their passion lies in promoting and encouraging creativity to boost confidence and empower young people. Colm explains the ethos of the organisation and gives great insight into the amazing work of BRAW TALENT. Be ready to be inspired! Enjoy!
