Hassan Saeed is a Maldivian hotelier and an HR professional with over 30 years of experience in Maldives tourism and hospitality. A significant part of his experience is as a hands-on resort operations manager. Hassan is passionate about human resource management with special emphasis on applying behavioral science and evidence-based management into areas of peak performance and continuous improvement. His work in training development and youth career guidance is recognized with the National Award for Recognition in 2023. Hassan considers himself an HR generalist and a lifelong learner. Hassan has an MBA from OUM Malaysia and BA (Hons) in Hospitality and Tourism Management from University of Birmingham UK. He is a Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) and an alumnus of INSEAD. He has attended several upskilling training programs in Behavioral Economics and Behavioral Science.
