This is a GUIDED MEDITATION on CULTIVATING LOVING KINDNESS based on the insight pathway from the Karaṇīyametta Sutta (Snp 1.8).By developing the 10 skilled states, we abandon the 10 unskilled states. With an understanding of the 1st noble truth of suffering, we are able to develop boundless or immeasurable metta.
