Guided Mirror Work: seeing the truth of who you are (Embodiment practice) [Ep 11]

We’re doing something a little different in this episode. I am guiding you through some mirror work, a very potent practice I do with 1:1 clients and in workshops. This practice is so helpful in stripping back the societal noise so that you can start to see who you are away from all you've been told about you. It's a beautiful practice to connect to the little girl within and remind yourself of the journey you've been on. In this taster, you’ll be invited to form an intention to help you move through the practice, and then we will get into it.DISCLAIMER: If you can’t get to the end of this practice, that’s completely okay.
