Guided Visualisation – Being strong

from The Meditation Body · host themeditationbody

Here is a guided visualization exercise to help you feel strong and empowered: Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down. Take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to relax. Imagine yourself standing tall, with your shoulders back and your head held high. Feel the strength and power flowing through your body. Visualize a golden light or energy radiating from your core, filling you with confidence and inner strength. As you breathe in, feel this energy coursing through your limbs, making you feel sturdy and grounded. Exhale slowly, letting any tension or worries melt away. Picture yourself standing firm, like a mighty oak tree with deep, stable roots. Nothing can shake your sense of self-assurance and resilience. You are strong, capable, and in control. Envision a shield of protection all around you, deflecting any negativity or self-doubt. You are safe, secure, and empowered to face any challenge. Spend a few more moments basking in this feeling of strength and inner power. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, bringing this empowered state with you. Remember that you can return to this visualization whenever you need to reconnect with your inner strength and resilience. Take it with you as you move through your day.
