Gun Control Or Prayer - Which Is Best?

Those who offered to pray after a recent national tragedy have been criticized by some who have commented that we should "do something instead of just praying about it". Obviously, this intentionally overlooks the point that the two are not mutually exclusive and many who pray are also active in numerous other ways in society.
