Gun Violence - Symptom of Unmet Needs!

Do men and women think differently about safety? If we are going to stop violence...think like a mother (and some men). Some boys grow up to be violent if their needs are not met at home. Boys who are neglected, abused or feel powerless soon learn from TV, video games and movies that a gun is a way to feel in control and powerful. Every child can overcome hurtful events, if someone cares and gives them the support they need to grow strong and resilient.
