She’s suing because she claims the defendant falsely accused her of pulling a gun on her daughter and jumped her. The plaintiff says she loaned the defendant money, but the defendant stopped paying and got fired. She argues the defendant filed a restraining order against her and threatened to shoot her, so she’s suing for an unpaid loan and emotional distress.
