guru mantra - the gift of guru

"om param tatvaya naraayanaya gurubhyo namah." this is the mantra given to the disciples by gurudev sri narayan dutt shrimali on the first initiation i.e "guru diksha".by giving guru diksha the guru accepts the person as disciple and tells him to chant this mantra mentally so that he achieve success in the path of enlightenment. the meaning of the mantra is .... oh narayan(means the one with joy giving quality) u are the highest principle of existence and i bow i to you n reverence.
