I was lucky enough to meet Gustavo Bottino and his wife at last year's Churrascada Barbecue festival in São Paulo, Brazil. Gustavo is the co-founder and curator of the festival, as well as the co-founder and creative director of Soil Vegan Cafe in Amsterdam.
