Guy Gets His 4th DUI, Tries To Get Out Of ItOfficers stopped a truck for a suspended license. During the traffic stop, the driver of the vehicle exits immediately, without being asked to. This caused officers to suspect that the driver may be trying to distance himself from something in the vehicle. The driver was uncooperative during the initial encounter.
