Using law enforcement databases, they are able to confirm the identity of the driver. The database reveals that driver's license is suspended - he has been designated as a Habitual traffic Offender since 7/20/2021. The vehicle exits the parking lot and Police initiate a traffic stop. While approaching, they notice that the vehicle is rocking back and forth. They observe the male driver attempting to hop in the backseat while the female passenger moves to the driver seat.
