GW Basketball in NIT: Utah Valley Showdown

George Washington Mens Basketball Returns to NIT, Faces Utah Valley in First Round The George Washington mens basketball team is back in the National Invitation Tournament (NIT) for the first time since their championship win in 2016. Theyll face off against Utah Valley, ranked fourth, in Orem, Utah, on Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN+. Utah Valley finished the season with 25 wins and 8 losses, winning the Western Athletic Conference regular season but losing the championship. GW, with 18 wins and 15 losses, is making their seventh NIT appearance and first back-to-back postseason trips since 2014-2017. A win against Utah Valley would put GW in the next round against the winner of the New Mexico and Sam Houston State matchup. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
