Gwinnett County Has Allocated $18 Million For Affordable Housing

Gwinnett County will distribute up to $18 million to support and expand affordable housing development across the county. The distribution is a part of the county’s Affordable Housing Development Fund, which offers funding to support the development of affordable housing for households earning 65 percent or less of Area Median Income. The fund aims to address the impacts the COVID-19 pandemic had on housing.
